Caffeine

Moustache Houze

Me and my friends were actually planned to introduce each other bf, just to break an ice when they actually meet each other in future. So first to mention because her bf is not a Penang Lang. So she planned to bring him along to some cafe to chill, as well tagged along my another friend who is single and available haha. After our long waited decision we decided to give it a try at Moustache Houze.

I like how they decorate their cafe to a very united theme, very nice environment. Definitely worth for chillin with buddy. Can see mustache every where, even you can pose with the mustache given. *cool right*

Then further move on to food and beverage part which i personally think is just soso, for the cake part is nothing special. I heard that some review says that the Tiramisu is good, but it was sold out when i went. So i guess it is not bad, may give it a try. Beverage is kinda special with the ice cube part, and it taste not bad. (sorry i forgot to take the pic of the ice cube) It is some different flavors of ice cube such as maybe coffee flavor then you get to pour milk or something inside the cup, and it will mix up with the flavor of ice cube you choose. Then it will dissolve together with the solid ice cube and become a cup of liquid like you wish. sorry was so sucks in description  I think we can actually try this out ourselves at home, all we need to do is just freeze out the ice cube ourselves and makes some milk. haha

Not to forget to talk about the service there, it was kinda unfriendly compare to others cafe. Or maybe they think they are famous enough to ignore me. Fine la then... So the incident happened to be " One day, a pretty lady name ...." I was requesting the person there to recommend me some recommended beverage, cause i got really no idea what i want to drink, so why not i give it a try on their maybe signature drinks right?? Then the person there (I'm not sure is it the people in charge) answer me in a very annoying tone. *As if i am the very particular or annoying customer* I mean i have my right to request so mah. innocent me My friend also complained the same lo. UNFRIENDLY UNFRIENDLY

Lastly would be the price range, i mean we can understand that almost most of the cafe now with this expected price. If u would ask me is it worth it, i think is affordable price lah. Nothing much to complain or argue with.

So i am the one who arranged our schedule that day, and she is the one who in charge of transportation. hehe Seems fun but hot weather could kill me anytime. But also thanks god it is not raining that day. so dilemma

This is nice .. Double like for this

As u can compare these pictures and previous pictures got much different because i think those pictures i took in Sip&Chew are all too much explore to light. (so i edited with meitu xiuxiu lah) Please blame me for not understanding my camera enough yet. Because the whole shop is so explore to sunlight, and it makes us feel hot inside although there is air conditioner. The decoration of the shop is too simple, nothing unique.

The food is good, or maybe i am hungry that time. I am not sure about it, but they do serve main course. I got not much comment on food, because i dint try it all but only the sandwich. And the sandwich is real good.

Their service is not bad, at least not arrogant or ignorance people. lol Well maybe the guy that serve me and my friend that day was a little shy, because he dont really look at us when we talked to him. Well i understand we are too pretty to handle. *facepalm*

Price range is affordable as well, it worth the food and drinks value.

55 Cafe & Restaurant

I always wanted to go this cafe because of its 3D art work on coffee, which i think is cute max. haha Thanks friend who willing to bare with my crazyness.

Hello piggie hai ni hao

3D Little Pooh

Review:

The environment of this cafe is much more different than others because it is more emphasize on vintage feel. Which is quite nice, all the chairs and table even the decoration all also very vintage. Feeling like chilling in the 1980th. 55 Cafe & Restaurant is separate to two part, one is for dinning and another one is for cafe. So they serve both the main course and coffee, but in different dinning room.

So sad i never get to try their main course but heard that it was pricy. But i will not miss out their 3D Art coffee of course. What i ordered that day is Coffee latte which is with the Piggie art work, well it taste not bad, but the art work cant stay any longer. When they serve you, get your phone and camera ready. Cause it fades from time to time...

Average grade for their service, cause me and my friend wait for like maybe half an hour for her Little Pooh 3D art work to be done. We understand it is quite tough to make it, but i think it will be good enough to inform your customer first about this inconvenient.

Price range is a bit too expensive, one cup of coffee cost you about Rm20 (Starbuck range)
